What is the main purpose
of an Immigration Evaluation?
A psychological evaluation can be used by an attorney to support a case and move forward with your immigration proceedings. It is an important part of the application process to become a citizen of the United States, as well as is a valuable tool when applying for an immigration waiver.
The psychological evaluations we perform are usually for these types of immigration waivers:
- Extreme Hardship Waivers
- VAWA (domestic violence)
- Political asylum
- N648

What to Expect?
Our immigration evaluations typically involve a clinical interview, a review of medical/ psychological documents, consultation with your attorney, and psychological/ neuropsychological test.
After we complete the evaluation, we will write a comprehensive report that integrates our findings and send it to your attorney.
